Refund policy

1. Return window

You have thirty days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. After that we can still help with a manufacturing fault, but a change of mind has to land inside the window.

2. Condition

Items should be unworn, unwashed, free of odour and pet hair, and in their original packaging with any tags attached. We cannot accept items that have been on the water.

3. How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and which items you are returning.
2. We will confirm the return and send instructions.
3. Ship the item back. We cover return postage if the item was wrong or faulty, otherwise it is on you.

Please do not send anything back before you hear from us, as unannounced returns are hard to match to an order.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and check the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Banks typically take a few business days to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Because the performance shirts run large, size swaps are the most common request. Check the size guide before ordering. The quickest route is to order the size you want now and return the first one for a refund, so you are not waiting on the return to clear before the replacement ships.

6. Non-returnable items

• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items, where marked
• Items returned outside the return window or not in the condition above

7. Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within seven days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it and cover the return postage.

Questions before you buy are cheaper than returns after. Write to us and we will tell you honestly whether a piece suits what you are doing.
