Dunedin fishing guide

Dunedin faces St. Joseph Sound, with Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island between the town and the Gulf. Locals fish the sound's grass flats and the island shorelines for redfish, snook and trout, wade or cast from Honeymoon Island State Park, and run nearshore for mackerel, cobia and grouper. Compared with Clearwater Beach to the south, it is quieter water with a city marina, a causeway full of bait and a short run to the islands.
