Payment card details are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.

  • Device, browser, IP address, referring page and pages viewed.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, described below.
  • If you call a tracked number, call tracking may record the number you dialled, the number you called from, and the time and length of the call. Where calls are recorded you will be told at the start of the call.
  • If you text us, we keep the message history.

2. How we use it

  • To process, ship and support your orders.
  • To answer questions and handle returns.
  • To send marketing you have asked for, which you can stop at any time.
  • To measure how the site performs and improve it.
  • To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
