These terms govern your use of reeledinsupply.com and any purchase you make from it. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Using this site

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

2. Products, descriptions and pricing

We work to describe products accurately, but colours can vary between screens and small variations in apparel are normal. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, including after an order has been placed, and to cancel the affected order with a full refund.

Sale prices and promotions apply while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Orders

An order placed through the site is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Order acceptance happens when we send a shipping confirmation. We may limit quantities or refuse orders that look fraudulent or are placed for resale.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping, delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to your address. See shipping and returns for full detail.

6. Returns and exchanges

Returns are handled as described on the shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms: thirty days from delivery, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Reeled In Supply name, logos, designs, artwork, photography and copy, belongs to Reeled In Supply or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

Nothing here limits any warranty that applies to a product by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reeled In Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product bought through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts of Texas.

11. Changes and contact
